The Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a professional who understands the principles of product and service quality evaluation and control. You will get 5 hours 18 minutes to complete the exam.
What are the Certified Quality Engineer prerequisites?
You must have eight years of on-thejob experience in one or more of the areas of the Certified Quality Engineer. A minimum of three years of this experience must be in a decision-making position. Work experience must be in a full-time, paid role. Paid intern, co-op, or any other course work cannot be applied toward the work experience requirement.
What is the passing score on a certification exam?
The cut-score process is used in all ASQ certification exams. Candidates are required to score 550 points out of a possible 750 to be certified.
What is the cost of the exam?
For member its $398 and for non-members it will cost you $498.

Can I reschedule / Cancel exam?
If you wish to change your exam appointment date or time, you must do so at least five days prior to your appointment using the Reschedule/Cancel option on Prometric’s website, or by contacting Prometric’s automated voice response system. There is a $70 fee for changing an appointment. Failure to appear for your exam appointment will result in forfeiture of exam fee.
