As the Functional Team lead you will:
- Report to the project manager and will have input on staffing decisions.
- Lead the functional consultants who have the responsibility to provide functional implementation support assist Mythics in overseeing the implementation activities and provide hands-on functional consulting services, advice and support to the implementation team.
- These services include but are not limited to functional specification reviews, developing and updating process flows, participating in testing, helping with issue resolution, and preparing for and helping build training material.
- Coordinate the activities of the functional consultants as well as evaluate the performance of their activities.
- Review the recommendations offered by the functional consultants and provide feedback on quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years work experience
