Manager – Growth Chat & SMS – Bank Al Falah


This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with the ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities. To maximize the use and visibility of AI and Machine Learning products. This is not only to improve the interaction and communication with the customers but to predict any potential customer behavior to anticipate any issues that may arise and address them.


Job Description:

PEOPLE

• Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate traffic.

• Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.

• Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.

Execute business plans and sales targets via launching cross-selling and upselling offers and campaigns across digital and self-service channels.

• Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management.

• Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and clients.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services.

• Increasing brand awareness and market share.

• Strategize, implement and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.

• Work with assistant managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives.

• Support customer-facing operations, including sales and marketing.

• Formulate and implement migration strategy to ensure optimal utilization of channels.

• Preparing sales presentations and participating in meetings.

• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.

• Identifying new strategic business opportunities, agreeing on appropriate responses with management, and taking appropriate action.

• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

• Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

• Working with leadership on strategic planning to define growth goals and objectives.

• Achieve KPIs by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.

• Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis, and propose enhancement recommendations for management’s decision.

• Familiarity with financial Apps, APIs, web, chatbots, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and other related platforms.


OPERATIONS:

Conduct industry and customer behavior research to develop effective sales solutions.

• Promote products or services to prospective clients.

• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about products or services.

• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, etc.) to implement growth initiatives.

• Developing, executing, and managing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and usage growth.

• Preparing regular management reports detailing new business, repeat business, and opportunities to promote services in new markets.


COMPLIANCE:

.Addresses disciplinary and/or performance problems according to the bank’s policy.

• Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns.

• Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers.

• Ensure adherence to State Bank’s regulations and BAFL policies and procedures.


Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience in a related industry.


Minimum Experience: Minimum of 03 years of experience in digital marketing strategy
