Manager of the Processing & Quality Unit-Card, one of the key benefits is the ability to streamline operations. Major Responsibilities
- Develop function level strategy keeping in view organizational goals & Credit Card business priorities.
- Develop the work scheduling system & operational model that enable to process the flux of cases in defined & expected way to ensure processing of cases within TAT & with desired quality.
- Device the system through possible automation that enable to update channels & branches during the stages of processing on defined intervals.
- Develop the management information system to timely update on the progress of unit, processing updates, Top RTS reasons, straight through processing, TAT & Cases inventory (in process, Rejected etc.)
- Build in-house internal controls with applicants for data validation, KYC checks, references etc.
- Ensure the regular interaction/schedule meeting with key stakes i.e. Sales, CIU, Processing, Product, Risk, Verification team to ensure right alignment & take the corrective measures/improvement when & where required.
- To handle the incoming traffic of new logins from all channel partners.
- To ensure technical review of login cases to maintain quality of file and assurance of completion of file as per defined checklist, policy & procedure. Timely submission of cases to CIU for processing.
- Effectively manage rejection review unit in coordination with sales team for timely resolution & processing of contested cases.
- Shall induce best-sales processing & coordination practices, stakes training & promote shared learning.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales processing unit by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and ensure that employees’ activities are performed in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
- Organize and supervise the activities and work of direct reports to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
- To maintain MIS of all logins/approved/declined/RTS cases and update the status to respective stakes on daily/monthly basis.
- To hire the right resource for the team and the job; to coach, mentor and develop teams & individuals; and to group a potential back-up and have a succession plan.
- Develop, implement and facilitate training sessions that improve the desired competency levels of processing teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. Preference shall be given to Master Degree holders.
Experience:
Minimum 06 Years of banking experience with 03 years in card issuance & consumer sales n experience.
Age:
Up to 55 Years as of April 12, 2024.
