Key Responsibilities:
• Document Scrutiny:
• Sanction Screening of Documents from SSSU, Vessel Tracking, and Intimation of Documents to Branches.
• First Scrutiny of Documents and transmitting refusal messages.
• Trade Operations:
• Lodgment of Documents in CBS.
• Transfer of Bills Under DDAA and transmission of acceptance messages.
• Shipping Guarantee and LOI:
• Issuance of Shipping Guarantee & LOI and their redemptions.
• AWB Endorsements:
• Processing of Airway Bill (AWB) Endorsements.
• MIS and Record Keeping:
• Preparation of related MIS (Management Information System) and ensuring effective record-keeping.
