Officer LMS Content Learning & Development Social Media-Bank of Punjab (BOP)

Utilizing social media platforms for Officer LMS content learning and development can enhance engagement. Officers can interact in real-time, share insights, and discuss best practices in a more dynamic and collaborative way compared to traditional methods.

Major Responsibilities

Ownership of all analytics and reporting of Learning & Management Team. Social media handling for community engagement and long-term content promotion. Premium content production, including LMS, webinars, etc.
Oversee and manage Learning Management System (similar to Moodle etc.). Oversee and manage Learning Management System (similar to Moodle etc.). Overseeing content creation and updates and ensure it remains current. Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
Define most important social media KPIs. Manage and oversee LMS and social media content. Measure the success of every social media campaign. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network. Videography/Graphic Editing/SQL/PHP/ Kafka database & SCORM Packages. Maximize compliance of approved policies/procedures/guidelines/SBP regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized Local/ Foreign University.
Preference will be given to Master’s & above qualification holders having experience of LMS/Social Media/Content Creation, PHP programming and Kafka database management).

Experience:

Minimum 04 Years’ experience required in related experience.
