Major Responsibilities
- The job needs to support the business by achievement of sales targets (quantitative, qualitative) and monitoring of channel to ensure compliance to all business directives.
- The job required to meet assigned sales, approval and productivity target of respective territory/ channel.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring of each level, through MISs and guiding them on their respective areas of improvement.
- Undertake management functions to build high standard of discipline and team harmony.
- Relationship management in the region with branches, segments and cross functional groups like RBG, R&PSL, C&IBG, TIB, etc. in best professional way
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.
Preference shall be given to Master Degree holders.
Experience:
Minimum 05 Years of banking experience with 03 years in card issuance & consumer sales experience.
Age:
Up to 55 Years as of April 16, 2024
