Sales Support Manager plays a crucial role in the sales team. They provide assistance to sales representatives, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to close deals. This role involves coordinating with various departments to address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently. The Sales Support Manager acts as a bridge between the sales team and other internal functions, helping to streamline processes and improve overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of Portfolio.
- Vendors management
- Co-ordinations internal and external
- Sales support of Partnership, Acquiring and Retail Teams
- MIS Reporting of Partnership, Acquiring and Retail Teams
- Portfolio Management of Partnership, Acquiring and Retail Teams
- Process Enhancement, SOPs implementation & Product development
- Financial Recon (Refunds issue, Manual Posting, Retrievals, Chargebacks, Merchant reconciliation & Short
- payment processing)
- Any other assignments(s) given by line manager
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC Recognized Institute/University, Master’s degree shall be given preference.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
