Senior Manager Digital Performance and Technology-Habib Bank Limited(HBL)
A senior manager in digital performance and technology oversees the team’s strategies and operations. They are responsible for optimizing digital performance and technology systems to meet organizational goals efficiently and effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of digital trends and technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities (for mobile apps and website) using ads platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, agencies and third-party providers in order to achieve business objectives.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Do campaign acquisition fraud monitoring and take actions to minimize the fraud numbers.
- Plan and execute A-B test campaigns to optimize campaign and creative performance.
- Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to improve customer and user acquisition in an efficient way.
- Build robust user data management principles and processes within marketing to ensure compliance with local and global regulations
SEO & Website
- Manage SEO and content optimization for HBL website, liaising with SEO agency and ensuring KPIs are met.
- Ensuring website events and tracking mechanisms are consistent with requirements for user tracking and analytics.
- Support website security efforts working with Vendor, IT & InfoSec for periodic assessments
New Technology
- Manage and optimize existing Marketing Technology (MarTech) Stack
- Identify technology solutions and tools to help improve Digital Marketing overall and specifically Performance Marketing
Agency Management
- End-to-end relationship management of SEO and Website agencies
- Maintain KPIs and performance management for agencies
Qualifications:
- Graduate with majors in Digital Media, Marketing, MIS
