Team Lead Application Security -Bank of Punjab (BOP)

Team Lead in Application Security is crucial for ensuring secure software development processes. This role involves overseeing security assessments and guiding the team in implementing best practices for identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities.

Major Responsibilities

Assist in designing and review application(s), information systems and database security; Baselines and ACLs.
Coordinate for and lead the vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for application(s), information systems and database both internally and by 3rd party.
Carry out user management and business process security assessment for critical applications.
Assist in defining standards and security guidelines for applications against industry benchmarks and ensure their compliance.
Risk assessment for new initiatives, applications and information systems.
Monitoring and assessment of application(s), information systems and database security using various tools.
Research regarding information security (industry security trends, threats and countermeasure etc.)
Coordinate with vendors on security products and projects.
Design Information Security training & awareness program and impart trainings across the organization.
Management of Web Application Firewall and API Security tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university

Experience:

Minimum 04 years of relevant Banking experience.

Age:
Up to 55 Years as of April 04, 2024.
