Course Prerequisites
1. CompTIA IT Fundamentals certification or an equivalent certification or at least six months of experience in the field of IT.
2. Basic knowledge of networking concepts and familiarity with different types of software, hardware and related technologies.
3. Knowledge of system security and best practices, including encryption methods, authentication protocols, virus and malware protection, risk analysis, and disaster recovery strategies.
4. A strong understanding of the fundamentals of operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows and Linux.
