Officer – Products (Liabilities) -Bank of Punjab (BOP)
Officer liability products are essential for businesses. They provide protection for officers against legal claims, ensuring peace of mind. These products cover legal expenses and potential damages, safeguarding officers from personal financial risk. By having these liabilities in place, officers can focus on their roles without fear of personal liability.
Major Responsibilities
- Assist Department/manager in assessing the market to identify opportunities for new products /modifications in existing liability product suite. Revamp or re-engineer existing liability products and services based on the assessed needs of the market. Assist line manager in developing and managing Liability Products & Services in order to ensure achieving business targets and customer
satisfaction. - Coordinate with relevant stakeholders including internal approving authorities and IT/ CBS for product approvals and development and/or necessary changes in the system.
- Conduct UAT of the system with respect to update existing products or Introduction of new products. Renew and update product manuals, SOPs and other product related documents.
- Provide guidance to branches/departments with respect to new and changes in existing products and introduction of new products. Also provide guidance to branches/departments on day to day matters with respect to liability products.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of banking experience Preferably 01 year in same role. Having work experience in Product development/ Liability Business/ Operations, preferably in Islamic Financial Institution.
Age:
Up to 55 Years as of April 04, 2024.
