Senior Product Manager specializing in Digital Onboarding plays a crucial role in enhancing user experience. Their expertise in streamlining the onboarding process can lead to higher user engagement and retention. By understanding user needs and pain points, they can design intuitive interfaces that guide users seamlessly through the onboarding journey. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior and a strategic mindset to drive product enhancements that align with business goals.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy for digital onboarding and RDA, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancement, collaborating with development teams to implement digital solutions meeting regulatory requirements, and enhance UX/UI.
- Market research and data analytics inform decision-making, while compliance with relevant standards, including KYC and AML.
- Oversee product roadmap development, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement efforts based on product performance and customer feedback.
- Responsible for Daily and weekly SBP reporting (RDA/BLINK).
- Managing Daily Trackers.
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate – MBA and / or Banking diploma will be preferred.
Experience:
At least 5-7 years of work experience with 4 years in banking ideally in management positions.
