Job Description:

Develop strategies and policies for efficient branchless banking/wallet operations.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic banking services.
Manage a team responsible for customer onboarding, transaction processing, corporate payrolls and customer support for branchless banking/wallet operations.
Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive digital transformation.
Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to ensure the security and integrity of branchless banking/wallet systems.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to branchless banking/wallet operations.
Performing UAT’s for new projects in Branchless Banking and ensure proper testing before providing sign-offs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate – MBA will be preferred

Experience:

At least 8 – 10 years of work experience. And 5 years’ experience in banking ideally in senior positions.
