Business Development Officer -MCB Islamic Bank
Business Development Officer plays a crucial role in expanding a company’s market reach. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities and creating strategies to capitalize on them. This role involves building strong relationships with potential clients and partners to drive growth. A Business Development Officer needs to be proactive, adaptable, and have a deep understanding of the industry to effectively drive the company’s business development efforts.
Responsibility Sphere
- To bring in new relationships (Account opening), deposit mobilization.
- Should be able to cross-sell different products/services offered by the bank.
Positions and Locations
Multiple Positions in different cities across Pakistan, local resident would be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should minimum have Bachelors degree from HEC recognized University, preference will be given to the candidates having at least 6 months of work experience in the banking field.
Required Competencies
Positive attitude, empathic, service oriented, extrovert with communication skills
